Information Designer + Visual Communicator

I am an information designer living in Chicago. I'm a partner at kufic+grid Design Studio which I co-founded in 2019. kufic+grid Design Studios worked on several information design related jobs including annual reports, infographics, data visualizations, and much more. I was also involved in other projects like designing the packaging for Sit Beit, meal kit pouches that are sold in the Gulf Region. Earning my undergraduate degree in Media Communications in Northwestern University, I won acclaim as director for my short documentary film, Bader, which received regional and international recognition. I interned at Al Jazeera English’s New Media team throughout my undergraduate years. I then worked in marketing and social media at ictQATAR for two years before moving to Boston where I received an MFA degree in Information Design + Visualization at Northeastern University.
