Community Manager

• Oversee property consisting of 180 apartments and 356 beds. Management duties include building And ground inspection, assisting all owners of the HOA with accounts and billing, assigning necessary renovations, marketing properties, managing tenants and staff, forming and following yearly budget, and addressing complaints and repairs.
• Supervise Leasing Apartments, Maintaining Occupancy: Guide, motivate, and train leasing agents to Perform at their full potential. Check opening and closing daily procedures. Market property to provide guest card traffic.
