• Manage multiple technical solution projects with cumulative budgets of over $2 Million, for Operations Coordination unit aimed at delivering on Toronto Water’s Mission, Vision & Core Values
• Assess project schedule and scope requirements. Develop Terms of Reference, fully define project deliverables and manage change conditions with a scrum framework leading to a successful project.
• Develop numerous geospatial web mapping applications to be used by field and office staff, that support their duties and contribute to our divisional goals.
• Constantly contribute to the redesign of business principles, processes, policies and standards by recommending best practices and improvements within the Toronto Water network.
• Lead training sessions on Toronto Water mapping systems for Technical Trainee staff, contributing to a 30% increase of knowledge and giving them the abilities to be highly effective within their job roles.

• Conducted SWOT Analysis, indicated major risks to the project, created Project Plans & WBS and using the Critical Path Method to indicate length of phases in the project.
• Managed & supervised project work, ensuring effective teamwork and communication with high standards of work quality, organizational performance and continuous learning.
• Provided Senior Leadership with input into the necessary budget of ~ $6 million over two years that ensured the successful implementation of the project.
