Currently, I am serving as the Vice President of Process Improvement/ Operations at Restorative Dentistry Group in Denver, CO. In this role, I have created an organizational structure that allows for expansive growth. I have also been leading the implementation of innovative initiatives to increase efficiencies across the organization through improving processes based on Lean Six Sigma principles. My efforts have resulted in reduced manufacturing time and enhanced performance across the board.
