• Manages access for over 4000 accounts on the DHA’s MHS GENESIS electronic health records (EHR) system at local military treatment facilities.
• Responsible for an employee training process & procedure alignment.
• Coordinates assignment of computer-based trainings (CBT) and instructor-led trainings (ILT) using the JKO Learning Management System (LMS) training database.
• Ensures end-user compliance with the DHA’s enterprise training policies, standards, and practices before account provisioning.
• Manages helpdesk tickets submitted to ServiceNow for account provisioning, as well as troubleshooting of role issues – reduced ServiceNow assigned group incidents by 100%.
• Collaborates with the Training Coordinator, End Users, Stakeholders, and Solution Owner to optimize roles in MHS GENESIS.

• Managed coordination and completion of projects related to the deployment of the DHA’s Enterprise electronic health records (EHR) system – MHS GENESIS – at Fort Bragg, NC.
• Monitored performance indicators such as timing and manpower loading, ensuring problem solution and user satisfaction.
• Reviewed project schedules and deliverables, coordinating with MTF stakeholders and Solution Owners to resolve timeline gaps.
• Collaborated with deployment project counterparts to gather functional requirements, develop queries, and provide reports.

• Contributed to the development and execution of all phases of research programs, including design, implementation, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Engaged with program leadership and stakeholders to determine research study parameters and schedules.
• Designed research tools and standard operating procedures for data collection to support project performance and mission success.
• Created reports with data summaries and recommendations for management to drive process improvements and minimize risk.

• Gathered and analyzed data using IBM SPSS & Tableau to support the Department of Army Human Dynamics and Performance program.
• Designed data collection tools and processes to improve training pipelines utilizing the Department of Defense Special Warfare Tracking of Administrative Records (STARS) database.
• Prepared accurate and engaging presentations for management, identifying risks to program goals and supporting the Command decision-making process.
• Prepared and distributed recurring and ad hoc reports focused on established program metrics.
