I was hired on this project near the end since the previous Twinning Assistant left the project. It was a challenging great experience and managed to help the Twinning PMs finish all the programme objectives in a short period.

I achieved remarkable results in my time working for IMPG an investment by Condotte Spa Italy. When I joined the company, they were stopped in the process of gaining all the needed permissions of construction of 4 SHPP, they were late in complying with their contractual EBRD covenants, and they had nearly expired concession contracts with the government.
I have managed to get a prolongation for their huge delays in the national ministries of economy, transport, and the government of North Macedonia. I have fully monitored the financial audits, improved internal processes, complied all contractual obligations with EBRD, the Ministries, the Local Municipalities and all Contractors (which in the case of building a SHPP is a huge list of people and collaborators to manage). I have also tracked the budgeting, and accountancy and managed all administrative documentation. Most of all I helped improve and strengthen the overall image of the company with all related parties.
