My background as a Behavioural Support Specialist has led me to lean into situations with an open mind and open heart. The erratic nature of work in providing direct care to individuals with complex needs has shaped me to become a robust problem solver and multitasker within fast-paced environments.

I am honest, reliable, hard-working, and work well and enjoy interacting with others. My recent HR Co-op experience has transformed my mindset and has been paramount to my personal and professional development. I have been granted opportunities that have shaped my character, strengthened my business acumen, and allowed me to learn and experience the ways in which HRM can be applied in the real world.
