Operates an innovative boutique management company that develops and implements solutions for culture & community by supporting organizational development, planning, leadership and capacity building.
Purpose Possible- works with nonprofits to support fundraising and organizational development. Directed the Clarkston County Health Center to develop a fund strategy and end of year fundraising ($75,000) & facilitated 3 leadership retreats for the Counter Narrative Project.
Macon-Bibb County Community Enhancement Authority-
Led an iterative strategic planning process with the Middle Georgia Regional Commission engaging 400+ community members/ stakeholders to identify and address gaps in neighborhood stability.

Worked with a Board to guide philanthropy in support of grassroots initiatives focused on education, arts & culture, & economic empowerment.
Initialized and executed process improvement with the design, implementation, & evaluation of a social justice framework to implement more equitable community-centric grant-making for the foundation, directing $2 million+ to community initiatives annually.
