Operates an innovative boutique management company that develops and implements solutions for culture & community by supporting organizational development, planning, leadership and capacity building.
Purpose Possible- works with nonprofits to support fundraising and organizational development. Directed the Clarkston County Health Center to develop a fund strategy and end of year fundraising ($75,000) & facilitated 3 leadership retreats for the Counter Narrative Project.
Macon-Bibb County Community Enhancement Authority-
Led an iterative strategic planning process with the Middle Georgia Regional Commission engaging 400+ community members/ stakeholders to identify and address gaps in neighborhood stability.
Led the data preservation and feedback engagement for a tech enablement project for Macon Bibb-County in association with Google and TOP cities supporting the development of a blight reporting tool for the city.
Secured funding ($48,000) to execute & manage a Residential Market Analysis with a national entity impacting 1800+ residents & development stakeholders.
Developed programming & secured partnerships (4) and/ funding ($95,000) to support 2021-2022 summer & after school enrichment in entrepreneurship and STEAM impacting over 50 youth.
Secured Funding ($45,000) to support implementation & board engagement.

Worked with a Board to guide philanthropy in support of grassroots initiatives focused on education, arts & culture, & economic empowerment.
Initialized and executed process improvement with the design, implementation, & evaluation of a social justice framework to implement more equitable community-centric grant-making for the foundation, directing $2 million+ to community initiatives annually.
Established the Central Georgia Empowerment Fund, a black giving circle, promoting inclusion in philanthropy, with a lead gift of $250,000.
Directed the development of the Black Business Support Fund to support black businesses disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 with the United Way/Community Foundation of Central Georgia COVID relief fund.
Managed relationships with more than 100 key stakeholders to expand access to resources and services to increase impact and sustainability.
Streamlined and standardized the grant seeking process by developing institutional policies increasing the grant seeker pool by more than 75%.
