Biddable Account Director Mindshare
●Working on British Petroleum (BP) and Castrol globally across paid search and social.
● Line management of 3 Account Managers & 3 Account Executives & a separate global resource team.
● Developing training & progression planning for media activation team members and monitoring their objective plans.
● Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
● Creating & presenting Scopes of Work for projects/campaigns with client/client service teams.
● Ownership & oversight of all key ways of working processes (e.g. SLAs) & point of escalation for execution & client services teams.
● Ownership of digital media planning & strategy including oversight of budget and buy recommendations.
● Verifying budgets by market, plus 1st & 3rd party channel audiences with the client and planning team.
● Liaising with channel execution and planning teams around campaign setup, strategy & delivery schedules.
● Preparing and delivering cross-channel (SEO, Programmatic, CRM) media proposals & presenting of these to senior-level stakeholders to reinforce our activation capabilities in conjunction with our PPC and Social efforts.
● Coordinating of tech setup (e.g. pixel implementation, conversion API, tracking, partner & platform integration) between execution teams and the client (client's analytics).
● Higher level stakeholder management with media partners, publishers and platforms that we work with across media activations.
● Responsible for reporting for biddable channels, preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and presenting to clients.
