Hello! My name is Neha Loganda and I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, specializing in Health and Social Policy from the University of California, Riverside. Currently serving as a Consultant at Kaiser Permanente Workforce Health Consulting, I've combined my educational background with practical experience to drive positive change in the realm of health and well-being.
For the past few years, I've gained an insightful understanding in strategizing health and well-being programs for a diverse portfolio of over 60 strategic, labor, trust, and large group customers at Kaiser Permanente. My role involves managing onsite health screenings, coordinating marketing efforts, and fostering strong client relationships. I've also learned to analyze workforce health programs and enhancing engagement through creative marketing initiatives.
This commitment to promoting health extends beyond the workplace. In previous roles, I've actively engaged with the health community, whether it was as a Staff Assistant at UCR Health Professions Advising Center, a Dean’s Brand Ambassador for UCR School of Public Policy, or a Research Assistant for various health-related projects.
