As a Security Systems Engineer, responsibilities entail a collaboration of 6 team members safeguarding and fortifying CBI's digital infrastructure against potential cyber threats and security breaches with minimum supervision. ▪ Implemented security monitoring and alerting systems enhancing the organization's ability to detect and respond to security threats in real-time, resulting in reduced incident response times.
▪ Synthesized data to develop solutions that help drive timelines toward on-time delivery and successful completion of the project while being responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing operational strategies to ensure the safety and function of data center operations.
▪ Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with Cloud Security technologies, using Azure, Bosch, and IMMS to ensure data security and scheduling, coordination, and completion of all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility.
▪ Provide ongoing support for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues by Implementing updates, patches, and enhancements as needed to ensure the system's continued performance and relevance.

As an Electronic Security Systems Technician, you play a crucial role in the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electronic security systems used to protect people, assets, and properties. Your expertise lies in ensuring the effective operation and integration of security technologies to create safe and secure environments for clients.
▪ Ensure all services are performed in accordance with company policies, including safety requirements by programming and configuring security system settings according to client requirements.
▪ Participated in scheduling personnel for maintenance services throughout designated sites and facilities that hold special security clearance.
▪ Hands-on experience with cooling, power, security systems, and maintenance operations and responding to emergency situations, such as security breaches or system failures, to resolve issues promptly.
▪ Train clients or end-users in how to operate and manage the security systems by providing guidance on using control panels, software interfaces, and mobile apps.

A critical role within the U.S. Army, responsible for operating and maintaining armored combat vehicles, particularly tanks. This position involves working as a team member inside a tank to execute various tasks during training exercises, combat missions, and other operational scenarios. With special duty experience, acting as a customer support liaison and coordinator for soldiers and civilians.
▪ In charge of the Squadron communication section with 12 soldiers. Deployed in support of OPFOR, responsible for communications between 3 bases and 5 checkpoints.
▪ Worked closely with the tank commander, loader, and driver as a gunner to ensure smooth operations during training and combat.
