Innovation Lead: Designed innovation experiences based on client and client account teams goals. Led workshop sessions with C-suite level executives, created design thinking activities, managed, and mentored junior team to enable them to lead their own workshops. The workshops helped our clients think out of the box and create roadmaps to further innovate.
Community lead: Created a virtual/in person event that focused on sustainability initiatives and featured sustainable products. Led internal participants through design thinking activities to generate sustainable solutions that can be applied to their clients.

Product Manager: Managed multiple product development work-streams for a vaccine implementation at a pharmacy retailer. Pivoted requirements to meet changing CDC and client needs, managed client and vendor teams to drive design and product development. Created and managed product roadmap, prioritizing releases based on client needs. Overall deployed digital product improvements that enabled administration of 10+ million Covid-19 vaccines.
End to end testing lead: E-Commerce implementation for a jewelry retailer, managed two internal resources, clients, and vendors to coordinate testing from order online order placement through shipping to downstream reporting, Triaged defects and escalated to client, internal and vendor teams for resolution, platform was successfully implemented and increased site traffic.
Practice builder: Created and hosted an internal podcast distributed across Accenture, showcased leadership career journeys and internal best practices.

Product Owner: Authored design documents based on business requirements, transitioned requirements to the vendor team for development, conducted sprint planning and product testing. Delivered four phases of product development and subsequent implementations; the new tool simplified the work process for the internal team; it is still in use.
