Help Desk Technician

Detailed oriented IT Help Desk Technician and US Air Force Veteran of 7 years. Presently hold an Active Secret Clearance. Gained experience in Security while in the military but always held a passion for the IT industry. Recently completed the Computer User Support Specialist program at ACI Learning to prepare for an entry level position. Currently working toward ITIL, A+, Net+, and Sec+ certifications.
