• Retained or upsold $803k in business over the last 8 months. The average deal size of my portfolio of 42 customers is $123k, ranging from $24k - $775k contracts.
• I hold an average of 7 customer meetings per week. This includes EBRs, customer check in calls and technical sessions.
• Initiated monthly checkpoint calls with customers at least once a quarter resulting in an 93% renewal rate among customers past and present
• Responsible for the complete oversight and product training for 30-50 customers across the US and Canada for the leading provider in AI-powered cybersecurity solutions in our mission to free the world of cyber disruption. Our products protect more than 8,100 customers form the world’s most complex threats, including ransomware, cloud and SaaS attacks.
• Responsible for the management of all expiring contracts in my portfolio
• Conducted remote product demos for my customers to target upsell opportunities
• Coordinated 30 days trials of our products that the customer had previously expressed interest in or from an identified upsell opportunity.
