Business Project Manager

Leading the initiation, planning, design, execution and monitoring of large-scale projects for the Construction business unit. Responsible for the coordination, documentation and implementation of new and revised processes.

*One of two project managers hired to establish new PMO of award-winning single-family development firm. Tasked with advising leadership on scaling the organization and establishing best practices to achieve KPIs and OKRs.
*Principal manager of seminal proprietary software being built to specifications provided by construction, pre-construction and asset management teams. Includes directing IT, marketing, learning & development, business intelligence and accounting departments to fulfill requirements of version one and track enhancements needed in version two.
*Perform above and beyond client expectations to expand the reach of PMO to other business units including vendor management, property management and maintenance.

Provided specialized services in residential and business development. Core offerings included owner representation, human and financial capital management and goals roadmapping. Highlights included:
*Overseeing subcontractors of an 8,000 sq. ft luxury residence during time of general contractor default and litigation. Project remained within budget and moved towards on-time completion.
*Led marketing team of small business in the midst of downsizing and uncertainty. Overcame myriad obstacles by streamlining processes and championing a hard line between strategy and implementation.

Allocated technical resources and IT consultants to various projects, with oversight of scheduling, completion of deliverables, workflow, and budgets. Collaborated with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to define business requirements and align scope of projects to meet objectives. Directed weekly meetings to evaluate critical paths, risks, and milestones, while enabling teams
to identify solutions to issues. Documented meeting minutes and communicated with resources through SharePoint. Led monthly executive panel reviews to establish strategies and forecast future project costs.
*Led CISCO ISE project for retail client requiring network segmentations for stores, distribution centers, and headquarters; successfully addressed uptick in network security incidents and realigned business operations to stated goals and objectives.
*Recognized for consistently exceeding targets for capital labor, travel, and consultative services, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to contain expenses without sacrificing quality of service delivery.
