• Supports higher education institutions as a senior consultant and specialist to develop effective, practical, and sustainable responses to equity issues including Title IX, Title VII, VAWA, and Clery compliance.
• Serves as an expert in the general areas of Title IX and student conduct processes, with a focus on institutional systems and structures and the associated implications on reporting and response processes.
• Develops policies and procedures specific to each institution, designed to meet the prevention, response, investigation and adjudication needs of the institution, bringing into balance each institution’s unique values, mission and culture.
• Partner or support organizations through program reviews including response to high-profile issues or public scrutiny.
• Successfully conducted Title IX Campus Climate Survey on Sexual Violence executive reports including analysis of campus community and research segments for qualitative data analysis.
• Collaborated with senior leaders to conduct synthesis of data to implement recommendations from Title IX Campus Climate Survey on Sexual Violence.
• I made a significant contribution in 2023 by spearheading a business development project focus on the Voice of Client initiative. As part of this project, I successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive questionnaire and needs assessment specifically tailored for community colleges, ADA roles, and various underrepresented groups.

• Partners with key stakeholders in creating and designing DEI goals and initiatives as part of the strategic plan for program management and program development
• Regularly measures and analyzes metrics that highlight areas of strength and weakness, while providing consultative support to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for DEI improvement.
• Advises and influences leaders across the organization on innovative DEI practices through trainings, webinars, and accountability.
• Supports internal DEI committee while collaborating with external stakeholders that align with the organization’s strategic DEI goals.
• Collaborates with senior vice president to build the internal DEI support infrastructure and training across the organization.
• Coordinated the Partnership for Achieving Student Success (PASS) Program, a bridge program for new and incoming students transitioning to college (in particular, first-year, first-generation, and/or students of color).
• Advocated and implemented a Title IX Pregnant and Parenting Students Accommodations Policy that influences student’s ability to persist in education.
• Designed and developed comprehensive student success strategies that results in a more integrated, streamlined, and cohesive approach to ensuring a highly engaged and student-centered environment.
• Successfully secured grants for student success programs totaling up to $50,000.

• Led the development and delivery of key diversity and anti-racist learning programs by implementing university wide opportunities to promote cultural understanding, competency, and a climate of equity and inclusion.
• Collaborated with various grassroots organizations within the community to influence local and state policies.
• Collaborated with the Vice President of Student Affairs, Director of Identity & Inclusion, First Year Experience faculty, ESL Specialists, and the International Education Office to create clubs and programs to support the cultural, social, and education needs of international students.
• Advised 13 identity-based student organizations, with a special focus on international student groups, LGBTQ and religious organizations.

● Provided subject matter technical expertise to senior leadership and various stakeholders in the areas of strategic planning, change management and business process improvement.
● Developed, evaluated, implemented, and monitored diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing effective measuring systems.
● Led and developed diversity strategies to achieve diversity goals of Northern Oklahoma College in collaboration with human resources and senior leadership.
● Trained, designed, and implemented Cultural Competency professional development programs for faculty, staff, and students.

● Effectively designed and implemented programs focusing on first-year, first-generation African American students (and more broadly people throughout the African diaspora).
● Implemented professional advising for majors and minors, as well as leadership development opportunities for students and/or student organizations for their personal and career goals.
● Effectively coordinated cultural, social, educational, and/or social justice programs to aid in the development of students to become social justice advocates.
● Led all efforts for community and public engagement that would foster a better relationship with key stakeholders in the Oklahoma Metropolitan area and the University of Oklahoma.
