My name is Timi and I have been a telesales partner for 6 years and counting. My highest level of qualification is a Bachelors in Business Studies with HR. With my experience and what I carried out to study I have grasped the etiquette of dealing with customers (B2B/B2C) and developing relations with them. I have experience in using Salesforce, Capsule & Siebel to manage all clientele that I’d deal with & using these systems to manage clients over period of days weeks and months.
