Technical Project Manager

• Guides the software life cycle by supervising developmental software updates for mobile applications with software engineers and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization meets customer requirements
• Responsible for the developmental testing, integration, documentation, implementation and deployment of a software package containing 43 mobile applications and plugins to a global customer base, on a 90-day release cycle using iterative or agile development practices
• Consults on low readiness level technology projects with developers to guide their product development to better meet organizational and user requirements in order to create better products for the market
• Conducts manual security examinations on mobile devices, function testing and vulnerability assessments on mobile applications, and submits security documentation in order to assess the threat impact that systems may have on the project baseline if added to a controlled environment
• Cultivates relationships between nontechnical, executive leadership and engineers by maintaining open lines of communications and fostering trust to ensure key performance indicators and targets are met and understood throughout the team during sprints
• Creates project schedules, test plans, and implementation plans as well as generates test reports and step by step instructions to enable users to easily deploy and use project technologies to their fullest potential

• Managed a diverse, cross functional team of 16, ranging from entry-level to technician-level satellite and network professionals responsible for executive-level, enterprise network connectivity
• Generated technical reports and formal briefing for executive-level leadership concerning capabilities and developing technologies providing information about IT integration in a fast-paced environment
• Instituted flexible planning style by openly communicating with team members to develop executable objectives for large-scale tasks, raising efficiency by 30%, this created a positive atmosphere where all team members felt valued and heard
