Collaborating with the VP of Product and Copywriter, I designed various UI/UX elements, such as appointment reminders, patient portal, online bill pay, check-in kiosk, digital forms, provider's dashboard, and website. My research, wireframing, and prototyping resulted in a user-friendly app, reducing staff training by 40%. Additionally, I designed and managed an efficient system for organizing and sharing marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, brochures, flyers, posters, and training materials.
