Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates ad calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals. Handles tenant complaints promptly and appropriately, calling in repairmen, and other support services. Complete final move-out walk-through with tenants to identify required repairs. Mentored team members to enhance professional development and accountability in the workplace. Help with planning schedules that meets coverage and service demands. Develop strategy to increase sales and drive profits. Communicate effectively with owners, residents, and on-site associates.

As the Assistant Manager, I was tasked with inspecting property conditions and coordinated maintenance activities. Managing budgets accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices. Created and distributed marketing materials to attract new tenants. Maintained organized, and updated tenant files and records.

As a Security Site Lead, I oversaw, instructed and coordinated activity of security attendants. Monitored and arranged shift activities according to schedule requirements and staff availability.
