Facility Management

As the facility manager my day to day work consisted of overseeing the upkeep of the buildings in my region and communicating with local coordinators and vendors of ongoing work and projects to ensure the safety of the office and its employees. I’ve directed office relocations, build outs, audio visual installations, data center construction, and more. I have experience in office space design, ergonomic implementation into the workspace, and have considerable knowledge in modern phone systems, internet systems, and AV systems. I am CPR certified and OSHA training certified. I am current on all city regulations towards being energy efficient and have years of experience in corporate real estate leasing policies and insurance policies.
