In this role, I am responsible for creating and executing new processes for data conversion during application upgrade projects. I gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into effective application configurations. Furthermore, I ensure that clients are equipped with comprehensive knowledge through the development and maintenance of best practice process documentation.

During this internship, I took charge of a project aimed at evaluating county payroll processes and recommending enhancements. I utilized robust business process diagrams to streamline payroll operations and proposed standardized procedures for the payroll HRMS System.
● Adapting to remote work conditions, ensured project success.
● Facilitated communication by providing documentation on accounting processes to key stakeholders.
● Employed cause-and-effect charts to present recommended process enhancements.

In this role, I meticulously reviewed and inputted data into an expanding SaaS database, enhancing accuracy and timeliness. I developed strategies to improve data intake processes and identified errors, duplicate data, and bugs through database report analysis.
● Streamlined business processes to gather cases for database expansion.

Provided second tier technical support for legal professionals and assisted local on-site technicians in their computer and hardware tasks. Experienced in a variety of software and hardware platforms such as Citrix, VPN, RDP, Netdocuments, Windows/MAC Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe, Active Directory, and RSA.
● Personally selected among hundreds of colleagues to join and lead a group that was dedicated to providing exclusive help desk services to the Troutman Sanders network of legal professionals.
● Authored over a hundred knowledge base articles to serve as resources to both internal and external teams.
● Documented all efforts through the Intelliteach ticketing systems with thorough notes to be used in future training sessions.
● Worked closely both on-site in Atlanta and remotely with the internal IT team, Manager of IT and CTO on several projects including system and hardware upgrades as well as implementation of new software products.
