A knowledgeable Learning Consultant helps partners get solutions and resources aligned and implements quick identification of a broad range of best-in-class resources and tools that the partner can leverage for professional business partner goals and beyond. Provide learning consulting services to channel partners. Provide customized readiness solutions and plans to help drive partner participation within the channel team for learning readiness and to reduce ramp-up time to achieve business goals. Provide ongoing support for partner readiness plans: Engage in weekly/monthly stakeholder calls to facilitate accountability and open communications. Monitor progress and update action plans and learning activities as appropriate. Provide regular, detailed status reports to all stakeholders. Provides resources required to complete learning plans and a formalized learning solution aligned with partner business requirements. Provide metrics and achieve targets to enable channel readiness, partner alignment, and certification goals. Provide reporting that enables channel teams to keep partners on track and identify areas for improvement.

The AWS MP Channel Team facilitates and drives the relationship between ISVs and Consulting Partners (CPs) with MP being the managed catalog that replaces the role of traditional software (SW) distribution channels. We strive to disrupt traditional distribution channels by providing the best price for the customer and creating an efficient channel platform for ISVs and CPs to grow their AWS-based business. The channel team designs, builds, and executes scalable, global programs to grow GMS revenue. The roles on the team span program and product management, GTM/Demand Generation, communications, and field execution.

As a Partner Development Manager for Consulting Partners within AWS, manage the business development by recruit, enable, develop and co-sale with partners to help on their business growth and cloud transformation, co-innovate and deliver joint business value, evangelize our strategy and technology, build mind share and grow the market adoption of the AWS technology.

· Develop and manage the relationship with key consulting partners, and leverage technologies from AWS to train and improve partners' skills. Help partners transform and build strong cloud business with AWS technology, and support the partners' core business growth at both financial and the market.
· Recruit and enable partners using AWS technology to provide consulting, integration and operation services to existing enterprise customers, and drive the win-win business for partners and their customers on AWS.
· Promote and sell AWS’s key technology to support key partner that lead customer projects, and drive the sales for AWS infrastructure service. Build the consulting partner group and work with selected key partners to grow AWS's sales particularly on enterprise and public sector.
