I am an eager learner and there has not been a role that I am given that I have not been able to grasp quickly. I excel at multitasking whilst keep organized and efficient.
Although my appointment term here was very short, I excelled tremendously. With little to no training less than half a day I was able to not only grasp my position and its responsibilities, but also make the process for the hiring manager is easier both of my immediate supervisors would complement me on a daily basis as to how impressed they were. That was such a little training it’s as if I had been there for years.
I handled the daily operations of the flower shop. From opening and closing the shop to cash handling customer, service and designer we also catered to big events such as weddings, private parties, and grand openings. Most days around the shop, alone majority of the day with the owner coming in for a few hours a day to make deliveries majority of calls, and customers were handled by myself.
As a Notary specialist, I notarized a vast amount of documents throughout my day.
As a mobile notary public, I was in charge of confirming appointment times and dates as well as locations with clients. Printing out and making sure all documents were kept organized, making sure clients provided appropriate identification and signed everywhere that was necessary without any missed initials or dates and shipped out all documents in a timely and efficient manner While keeping sensitive information safe.
