• Process proposal and award actions independently, following established procedures, and in compliance with GPRA performance standards.
• Perform compliance checking, proposal tracking, filing, and records retirement duties effectively.
• Coordinate logistics for program-related activities.
• Utilize electronic systems such as FastLane, eJacket, PARS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe proficiently. • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Collaborate with cluster staff in planning to achieve cluster/division goals, objectives, and deadlines. • Ensure cluster meets its GPRA requirements by having 70% of all proposals DD concurred within 6 months of receipt.
• Provide onsite and virtual support for panel meeting logistics. • Prepare all travel requests in advance.
• Provide courteous and professional administrative support to internal and external staff.
• Guard against fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Seek assignments geared towards applying new skills and competencies acquired through training and developmental activities independently.
