I am a dedicated operations and sales professional in the software and technology field specializing in SaaS for emergency services. I have acted as a primary point of contact for operations, offering rapid and consistent resolutions for large contract clientele in California. With a recent move to National Sales Account Management I bring subject matter expertise with skills learned from operations and support to hone in on customer needs.
