Aspiring SaaS Sales Talent

Collaboration- Working with community based organizations, college and university reps, counselors, principals and additional stakeholders to provide appropriate post-secondary information and options to high school students. Leading projects and creating workshops to help clear confusion, myths and barriers to low resourced families, students and the surrounding community.

Marketing- Strategic outreach projects and communication campaigns created to create excitement, curiosity and action for opportunities and pathways post high school. Using multiple marketing tactics to reach a diverse group with social media, email, text campaigns, and audio announcements.

Budgeting/Accounting- Responsible and accountable for a $500,000 grant to enhance the community, families and students awareness about college and career opportunities after high school. Negotiating price points for efficient and beneficial programs and workshops. Inventory control for 40 laptops and school materials for +400 students. Payroll, budgeting, and accounting.

Works extensively with students needing to recover academic credits through an online learning database. Teaching students necessary life skills and strategic methods to transition into life post-secondary schooling. Implementing and coordinating the complex logistics with managing students, data, and classroom expectations. Presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual documentation of student data to FWPS district representatives. Collaboration with TJHS various departments and staff members concerning student needs. Monitoring student data and reviewing student progress concerning graduation requirements. Design, develop, and implement individualized educational plans for students. Created an after school program for students to have additional resources. Highest success rate of retrieving credits within the school district 2 years in a row.

Responsible for handling all aspects of the student recruitment and admissions process for prospect students. Effectively worked with various departments and staff members to collaborate program operations. Development and maintenance of professional relationships with faculty, department leads and community leaders. Professional and timely communication with prospect students to ensure a positive experience. Interacting with prospective students face to face explaining the benefits of the University. Application management and review to ensure proper requirements and procedures are reached. Record keeping of student interest, level of readiness and timeline of prospect start date. Advising students about the different program choices and career opportunities related. Conducting financial aid walk-through (FAFSA). Presentations to diverse departments to ensure common awareness of student and program statistics and results. Social media marketing and marketing of promotional application fee waivers. Coordinated quarterly admission events through social media outlets and university website. Presented during orientation to new students about best practices and University expectations

As a BDR Candidate, I help RE:WORK scale their impact by generating qualified prospects through my
participation in their 12-Week Tech Sales Training Program, including:
- Generate outbound leads and handle inbound leads for the company’s 8-Week Tech Sales Training
Program, Donor Program & Corporate Partnership Program
- Qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline for RE:WORK’s spectrum of programming
- Schedule and conduct sales calls and demos
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop regular strategic plans to meet the company’s
monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Maintain and update prospect records in our CRM to ensure accurate reports
- Communicate and identify areas of improvement in the sales process
