With Credence Innovations I completed a 9 month training program starting with the role of marketing coordinator and ending with receiving a promotion to the role of Executive Director. As ED I oversaw multiple territories in Louisiana, Wisconsin, and New York as well as managed an office and team of 10+ sales reps. This position was demanding and provided an excellent source of experience in the sales/marketing realm as well as priceless experience in business management, team leadership, operations management, recruiting/staffing, communications, human resources, and business development.
