Assistant General Counsel

Commercial/Corporate Transaction:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including Joint Venture Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Payment Agreements, and Supplier Agreements
- Assist in managing corporate trademark portfolio and other Intellectual Property rights

Compliance:
- Work directly with respective internal business partners to maintain compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations governing fuel products, age restricted products, privacy standards, payment card standards
- Prepare applications and maintain ongoing reporting for company and executive licensing with state agencies

Risk Management:
- Monitor State and Federal laws and regulations that may impact corporate operations
- Provide guidance to management team on strategic initiatives and develop operational guidelines with business partners to maintain compliance
- Assist in management of government affairs activities at local, state, and federal levels, including political engagement and legislative initiatives
