Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in
place actions to improve our operational excellence
Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardize shift
practices
Engage managers during at stand-up meeting to ensure we are
maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and
performance
Drive Amazon principles by developing performance goals and objectives
to achieve customer-promised expectations while ensuring accuracy and
quality are met
Proactively identifies and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean
and 5S tools
In charge of labor and planning, scheduling, reporting and risk
management
Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts,
determining productivity requirements, and partner with Area Managers
and act as the primary information source for pertinent information
Experience working with Lean, Gemba, and Kaizen techniques
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook) in a professional environment
Establish developmental performance improvement plan (PIP) for poor
performing managers to ensure company standards are met and/or
exceeded
Create incentive programs for not only my employees but for all event
projects as well.
