Customer care representative/claim adjuster

I have experience as a customer care representative and claim adjuster in a very repetitive company Knack Global. I used to deal with insurance representatives and worked on denial claims and get them paid. I used to bill claims as well. I have good knowledge about Medicaid as a commercial insurance.
