I possess a keen interest in technology and I am highly skilled at navigating various digital platforms. My ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and knowledge enables me to adapt to diverse environments easily. In my previous role, I worked as a BIM operator at a construction company contracted to build a new consulate in Lagos, Nigeria. Utilising Revit to collaborate with architects, update, and create models. Generating shop and I.F.C. drawings was part of my day-to-day activities.

In the course of my work, I frequently assisted the IT specialists, providing support whenever I could. This exposure allowed me to develop a diverse skillset, particularly in the areas of computer networking and technical support. I acquired substantial proficiency in researching to address and analyze complex problems effectively. This experience not only broadened my knowledge but also enhanced my ability to approach problem-solving systematically. It was a valuable opportunity that gave me a deeper understanding of computer-related issues and practical solutions. I got to use TeamViewer and assisted in printer maintenance and basic Network Troubleshooting. For personal knowledge of the Ticketing system, I became conversant with the workings of Spiceworks.
