During my academic journey, I had the privilege of serving as a research assistant at the University of Jordan for three semesters, where I engaged in projects focused on human rights issues. These experiences allowed me to delve deep into the realm of research methodologies, data analysis, and the ethical considerations that underpin human rights research. Moreover, my six-month tenure at Crystal as a customer care representative in their call center reinforced my interpersonal skills and honed my ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, further strengthening my resolve to work in a field that involves interacting with individuals and advocating for their rights.
