Technical Support Representative

My work experience includes customer service skills and client-based assistance that has relied heavily upon expeditious decision-making skills, organization and deductive reasoning. I have been promoted to leadership roles several times and I am an excellent team player. I also have the focus and drive to get any job done when left on my own. I have maintained proficiency in all Microsoft operating systems including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I am familiar with all current Windows up to and including 11 Pro.
