Managed the AES –U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) Staff Support Program in the performance of over 40+ professional service task orders, valued at over $35M, with over 170 full-time professional staff dispersed across the United States. Manages cost and quality control, administrative requirements, financial and status reporting, and overall contract compliance.
● Leverages PMO tools to track costs and burn rates to identify variance and develop solutions for clients to maintain desired levels of operational coverage.
● Interfaces daily with a variety of stakeholders to include Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer
● Directly collaborated with Contract Representatives (CORs), Government Task Managers (GTMs)/Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), and contract staff to drive project assignments from initiation through completion, maintaining alignment with stakeholder requirements and project milestones.
● Conducted on-site visits to client sites and recurring meetings to facilitate effective communication among customers, project resources, and vendors, ensuring transparency on project status and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating onboarding/security processing.
● Completes and submits reports to Federal clients and corporate headquarters as required by deliverable schedules and other requirements.
● Attends and participates in a variety of meetings including Task Order kickoff meetings, contract status updates, program updates, in-process reviews, etc.
● Works with clients to fulfill new requirements on existing Task Orders; confirms required skills and qualifications to identify relevant labor categories and cost estimates, accounting for over 20% of newly awarded positions.
● Validates monthly invoices for each Task Order and submits a cumulative monthly financial tracker to the IDIQ-level CO.
● Continuously seeks opportunities for process improvements at the contract level and supports the corporate quality control plan (QCP)
● Communicates regularly with the recruiting department to coordinate recruiting strategies to fill open positions, with best-qualified candidates.
● Conducts interviews with prospective employees, sets expectations of role and environment, and meets regularly with employees to gauge needs. Monitors and controls program and task order performance; identifies risks to cost, quality, and scope and implements mitigation plans.
