Working two years as an airline cabin crew member, I have gained valuable customer service skills. Transitioning from cabin crew to a sales agent, I’ve further developed my customer service skills, learning how to effectively communicate and offer support over the phone. My last job as a remote chat moderator helped me gain experience in a fast paced online environment.
