Front Desk Agent

As a front desk receptionist at Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort, I provide excellent customer service and administrative support to guests and staff, handling reservations, check-ins, payments, and complaints. I also perform online data entry and documentation tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
In addition to my hospitality experience, I have a strong academic background in computer science, with a Bachelor's degree from the University of East London and a Master's degree in progress from Stanford University. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems, such as developing software solutions for the hotel industry. I am proficient in multiple languages, including Russian, English, and Greek, which enables me to communicate effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
