Major Functions/Responsibilities:

Provides leadership in design, delivery, and support of CXone software and platforms
Provides leadership in management and leadership behaviors including senior level communication skills and abilities consistent with the CXone 4E leadership model
Govern programs, policies and procedures that assure consistent and replicable development methods
Govern the set of policies that establish standard development languages, tools, and methodology; documentation practices; and examination procedures for developed systems to insure alignment with overall architecture.
Participate in project scope, schedule and cost reviews.
Understand product capabilities and limitations.
Identify and implement ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
Responsible for new product software development and quality.
Maintenance of software/bug fixes.
Keeps abreast of new technologies and has demonstrated knowledge and experience in various technologies.
Prepare and submit weekly project status reports; prepare monthly reports outlining team assignments and/or changes, project status changes, and forecasts project timelines.
Provide leadership to individuals on team(s) through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
Prioritize employee career development in an effort to grow CXone's internal pipeline of leadership talent
Prioritize, assign and manage department activities and projects in accordance with the department's goals and objectives.
Adjust hours of work, priorities and staff assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload.

• Experienced in defining test methodology, designing test plans, preparing documentation and implementing test strategies during Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and in Business workflow modeling based on requirements and Creation & Maintenance of Traceability Matrices
• Reviews initial project scope and prepares the appropriate level of test estimates
• Experienced in Program Test Co-Ordination for programs with 20+ Applications
• Builds overall master testing strategy and defect management process
• Responsible and accountable for all testing for project by monitoring designing and execution of test plans
• Identifies and documents the testing-related risk and issues
• Develops overall testing resource plan and supplies test resources for project
• Monitors and maintains all test metrics related to the project
• Experience with the below testing/reporting/version control tools
o HP Quality Center, Ruby/Cucumber
o Rational Requisite Pro, Bugzila

Communicate Release/Program milestones and schedule to test team members.
• Ensure test estimation and resource allocation activities complete for release or program
• Serve as the test single point of contact for the release for program and drive test strategy for the release or program.
• Create Release or Program Level Test Artifacts (kick off material, test plan/strategy, test status)
• Assists in coordinating data planning between test teams.
• Assists and coordinates 3rd party or network lab dependencies for test activities as well as coordinate issue resolution.
• Coordinates with Environment Team for Test Environment planning and environment issue resolution.
• Ensures Test case planning activities and development of test cases are completed in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Sets expectations of committed test scope and goals for test execution based on schedule.

• Lead gating defect meetings for all test and UAT activities for major programs using Testing Release Escalation when necessary.

o Guided the testers to refactor the code – After Every Iteration, to make sure no duplicates, gain efficiencies
o Encouraged the pair programming, Tester – Tester, Tester – Dev - This enhanced the quality, peer reviewed at initial state, team building
o Supported Poly skill, Analyst testing the application, Testers analyzing the defects, Dev automating the test cards
o Enforced Continous Integrration with in DDIT – Automated DDIT tests, run through Jenkins, reviewed the results through Splunk and fixed them
o Planned and executed Automated Regression and DDIT cards – Used Jenkins & Splunk
o Developed and executed Build to Run Transition – After warranty, handed over the regression set to the run teams by reviewing the scripts in the framework
