Hi!
I'm a seasoned bilingual (French/English) customer success professional with over 10 years of experience in building strong client relationships across retail, telecommunications, and corporate. I'm currently in a customer success role at JTI-MacDonald. I specialize in all things relating to onboarding, engagement, and retention.
My track record includes managing multi-brand customer support at VF Outdoor (for brands like The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Jansport) and exceeding retention goals at Fido/Rogers, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences through both analytical and interpersonal skills.
Right now, I'm looking at remote roles on a part-time basis (20-25 hours a week).
Anything else interesting about me? Hmm, well if I'm not listening to podcasts, I'm probably in the gym or watching docuseries on Netflix/Youtube.
