- Guide clients on software quality best practices, including strategic test planning and execution.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure software functionality meets user and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software features with business goals and system specifications, and to improve system performance.
- Lead client consultations, offering insights and advice on quality improvement initiatives and product risk mitigation.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations to improve software quality.
