Operations manager

I am an Operations Manager with experience as a Business Administrator in the IT industry with over 5 years of experience. My journey began as a Management Intern in early 2020 while I was completing my diploma in Management. After a year of interning, I was offered a full-time role as a Business Administrator while pursuing an advanced diploma in Business Administration. In this capacity, I have gained valuable expertise in managing various departments, including financial and human resources. Serving as an Operations Manager since October of the previous year, my responsibilities now extend to overseeing the overall operational efficiency, strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
