Customer Service Representative

I started my journey in a Maritime High School, focusing on shipbuilding, but quickly realized that I
thrive in roles where I can connect with people. Over the years, working in retail, hospitality, and
customer service has helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and a natural
ability to understand customer needs.
After completing my military service, I pursued a degree in Tourism Guidance while working
remotely, which taught me how to balance multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments. My
experience in customer support has sharpened my problem-solving skills and ability to handle
inquiries with patience and professionalism.
I'm comfortable using MS Office, have intermediate English communication skills, and work well in
team settings. I enjoy creating positive customer experiences and finding solutions that leave
people satisfied
