I have over 8 years of experience in IT, specializing in software design and development with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Throughout my career, I have utilized Agile and Waterfall methodologies alongside SDL implementations to deliver robust CRM solutions. I have led cross-functional teams and implemented Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, which significantly reduced deployment times and enhanced collaboration between development and operations.

My expertise spans multiple versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and Dynamics 365. I have hands-on experience with entities, views, web resources, ribbons, charts, configuration, customization, and integration with platforms such as SharePoint and Outlook. I have successfully migrated legacy CRM systems to Dynamics 365 CE, improving user experience and adoption rates.
