Technical Support Engineer

I am passionate about fostering a company, people, and technologies to improve by constantly
looking for opportunities to assist in making change, both externally and internally. In addition
to my passion for leadership, I thoroughly enjoy engaging cross-functionally on projects.

In my free time I enjoy researching and learning about various technologies. For one example,
in the last six months I’ve added onto my home server to host an application running Postgres
server, Node JS, & Express to make API calls that perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, &
Delete) requests to improve my understanding of technologies and continue self-education.

I am a fast learner and always have a slew of curiosities that lead to improved outcomes. For
instance, using SQL, I built the current Affirm Fee Corrections process from scratch that the
company uses singularly. This has affected several millions of dollars of fees since its creation
and saved brand reputation for Affirm.
