I am a mechanical engineer with 11+ years of experience designing parts for manufacturing within the automotive sector, luxury brands, series brands or even heavy duty vehicles. I am an advanced user of CAD systems such as Catia or NX, I apply a strict GD&T approach to my 3d modelling, if it needs to be fabricated it needs gd&t. Every fabrication process has a preferable design tree structure.

Experience
Lead the design and designed myself the interior trim and body in white of a premium 30 Tons electrical powered excavator
Developed and designed front and rear bumpers of a McLaren hypercar, fabricated in carbon fiber and a variant of plastic injection molded for the front.
I Designed hardware such as cable channels, grommets, cable clamps or metal brackets to fasten the high voltage and/or low voltage cable bunch
I designed and developed solutions for the seat such as surrounding mouldings or seat reclining mechanism for the rear row. (more info provided upon request)
