Front Server at Magma Resort Santorini – The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Santorini, Greece
Having worked as a front server at Hyatt Magma Resort in Santorini, I had to deal with many clients regarding their demands in restaurant and Hotel accommodation as well. Working for a prestige hotel such as Hyatt in Santorini was a big opportunity for me which helped to understand clients’ needs in a more efficient and better way.
English teacher (Online sites)
Worked as an English teacher online in various different online websites. I had many students from different backgrounds and learned new experiences as well.
Operator for the ALEAT - IDEMIA Group at the Albanian Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden.
Front office agent where my primary responsibility was to make online applications for citizens whose passports had expired or were lost. I had direct communication with citizens, responding to their requests and managing their complaints, as well as applying technical and computer skills to make their applications online.

Participated as a Long Term Observer (LTO) in Ukrainian local elections in October - November 2020 in Dnepropetrovsk region for the ENEMO organisation (European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations).
Education and training During the local Ukrainian elections which took place in 2020 I had a chance to communicate and interview political candidates, journalists, local government officials and many other personalities that took part in the election process.
My main duty was to report back thoroughly to the organisation and express my different opinions and points of view regarding the election process which took place in Ukraine at that time.
