Product Manager

Hello, I am Estelle Bekri, a dedicated Product Manager with a strong background in payment activity and product delivery. Over the past few years, I have honed my skills in roadmap and strategic vision, ensuring that products meet both user needs and business objectives. My experience includes cross-team coordination and financial monitoring, which has equipped me with the ability to drive activities and track KPIs effectively.

I have worked with various teams, including design, user operations, and data teams, to ensure successful product discovery and delivery. My role at HelloAsso as a Product Owner in the payment domain allowed me to build and deliver four new products while managing a roadmap of 500-1000 dm. I take pride in my ability to create comprehensive activity reports using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.

In my previous position at AKKA Technologies, I focused on product delivery and roadmap monitoring, working with Agile methodologies to synchronize cross-team efforts. My responsibilities included project management officer duties, monthly reporting, and financial reporting, which have strengthened my analytical skills.

I hold a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, and Network Engineering from ENSEEIHT, which has provided me with a solid technical foundation. Additionally, I have pursued certifications such as Leading SAFe v5 and Professional Scrum Master to further enhance my expertise in product management.

Outside of work, I am passionate about community engagement and have served as a community manager for Lean In Bordeaux. I also enjoy sports like running, crossfit, and weightlifting, which help me maintain a balanced lifestyle.
