I am an enthusiastic individual with a sincere eagerness and willingness to learn. I have hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting, networking, and configuring networks, as well as providing IT support. Additionally, I specialise in web application development using Laravel. I also have experience as an IT faculty for almost 10 months for teaching basic IT fundamentals, infrastructure, and computer networking.

As the IT Administrator for Migration Business Services & Or Other Company, I manage all aspects of IT operations. This includes troubleshooting computer issues, organising and maintaining network cabling, and ensuring seamless connectivity. I handle IT reporting, providing regular updates on tasks, issues, and inventory to management to ensure smooth operations.
Supporting our Australian clients by resolving IT ticket issues and managing communications, including informing clients when staff members are unavailable. Additionally, I’ve been entrusted with administrative roles in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, serve as a Super Admin in Google Admin Console, and manage domains in Squarespace. I configure and manage Google Workspace email systems to streamline business operations.
