Administrative Support Specialist

I am an experienced Customer Service Agent and Administrative Support Specialist with a strong background in providing real-time assistance to customers in high-volume dispatch centers. My expertise lies in handling inquiries, complaints, and urgent requests in multiple languages, including Portuguese, English, and Spanish. I pride myself on maintaining client satisfaction through professionalism, clarity, and patience. I have also trained and supported new team members during their onboarding process, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet our clients' needs.

I am familiar with dispatch software, digital CRMs, and multi-channel communication tools, which have enabled me to efficiently resolve technical issues and forward calls to the appropriate departments. My ability to collaborate with my team has been essential in achieving common goals and monitoring key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and average handling time.
