Teacher

I am a dedicated and passionate educator with experience teaching English to students from Grade 1 to Grade 8. My goal is to earn a position as a teacher in a strong and growing school where I can contribute to the academic success of my students. I have a solid background in creating lesson plans and assessing student progress, ensuring that each child meets the school's standards. I also have experience in private tutoring, which has allowed me to support students beyond the classroom setting.

In my previous role at Shane English School in Taiwan, I was responsible for teaching various subjects, including speaking, listening, writing, grammar, math, phonics, and vocabulary. I took pride in developing comprehensive lesson plans and conducting assessments to track student progress. My commitment to following school policies and maintaining a positive learning environment was paramount in my teaching approach.

Before my teaching career, I owned and managed a pub and grill, where I honed my customer service and management skills. This experience taught me the importance of effective communication and teamwork, as I trained new employees and ensured customer satisfaction.

Additionally, I have a background in executive recruiting, where I managed the recruitment process for various industries. This role required strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike. I successfully placed mid to senior-level executives, demonstrating my ability to match talent with organizational needs.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from California State University Fullerton, which has provided me with a solid foundation in management principles. I am fluent in both Chinese and English, allowing me to connect with a diverse range of students and colleagues.
